Directions for use: apply a pea size amount to clean underarms and rub in well. Wait 30 minutes after shaving to apply. Do not apply to broken, irritated skin, discontinue use if irritation occurs.
If you find that at the end of the day you are smelly, simply adjust the amount of product you apply, everyone has a perfect dose! you just need to find it!
Make sure you allow a good 1-2 weeks to transition to a natural deodorant.
